Position: URGENT HIRING – Web Developer Full-Time (Backend & Frontend)

Salary Range: 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)

Weekend: Friday

Required Experience & Skills

Backend (Laravel / PHP)

• Strong experience in Laravel Framework
• Expertise in PHP, OOP, MVC pattern, and Custom Application Development
• Experience with REST API, API Integration, and Custom API Development
• Solid understanding of MySQL, database design, joins, subqueries, migrations
• Experience with minimum 5 completed projects in Laravel / MVC framework
• Knowledge of Edu-Tech, Fin-Tech, Hospital / POS / Inventory systems (Plus Point)

Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – React Optional)

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Ability to build pixel-perfect UI, complex layouts, and fully responsive design
• Good understanding of Ajax, DOM manipulation, frontend validation
• Familiarity with jQuery and modern JS techniques
• React JS knowledge is a PLUS but not mandatory
• Good sense of UI/UX and component-based layout structure
• Experience integrating frontend UI with Laravel backend APIs

Job Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Laravel-based backend applications
• Develop & integrate frontend UI (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap) with Laravel backend/API
• Design, build & enhance features according to business requirements
• Write clean, reusable, secure & optimized code following best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot & ensure high performance of applications
• Work closely with the team to solve technical issues and deliver projects on time
• Stay updated with modern PHP, Laravel packages, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Exceptional candidates without a formal degree may also be considered based on proven expertise and portfolio quality.
